The best thing about Kara Connect is that it provides more than just mental health support. We initially engaged with Kara Connect for a pilot Wellbeing Hub. The pilot was very successful, so we decided to proceed into a full-term agreement. We can see that engagement with the platform is steadily increasing, and our staff members are doing sessions and continuing treatment with their professionals, even after they have used all of their sponsored credits. Kara Connect provides access to a wide range of professionals, so our line managers can also refer employees who may be struggling to specific types of professionals. Our employees are very happy with Kara Connect. They appreciate having access to support they need, and I think our Wellbeing Hub has increased our employees’ job satisfaction and made our people happier at work. It’s been a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend it.
