Suitable for everyone, this event, that includes three short (20-25 minutes) sessions of QiGong, Breathwork and Meditation, will help you focus on yourself, relieve stress and be more mindful. Dee will walk you through the variety pf practices and techniques to connect Mind, Body, and Soul.

More about the speaker:

Known by clients for being a calming, nurturing and uplifting presence, Dee is passionate about offering intuitive guidance and energy healing to promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Apart from being a Reiki Master and training people in Reiki, Dee works as a Personal Development Coach. She supports people in gaining insights on actionable steps in their personal development and restoring harmony to their lives. She specialises in cultivating improved self-care to improve both the relationship with the self and others and enforcing healthy boundaries. 

Dee has completed several courses in Personal Development and is a qualified CBT Practitioner. She has a background in UX/UI Design, Teaching and Mental Health Coaching. She has worked as a mentor to agents on a messaging service supporting mental health and suicide prevention. Before starting her Reiki and Life Coaching business, Dee did Brand Strategy and PR work for start-ups and local businesses.

Held weekly every Thursday for three weeks, this series will help you introduce self-care as a part of your daily routine. The length of each session is 20-25 minutes, and every session will focus on one technique. 

10th October: Qigong will get your body moving;
 
17th October: Breathwork will help relieve anxiety and stress; 

24th October: Meditation will help you be mindful and reconnect with yourself.
