Let's have a chat about Perimenopause and Menopause with Ashleigh Tobin

More about the speaker:

Ashleigh Tobin is registered general nurse, an international award-winning speaker and a hormone health and mind coach for clients who want their energy, sleep, and motivation back, so that they feel great again.

She helps clients understand how their hormones may be impacting their energy levels, concentration, sleep, motivation, emotional regulation and more.

Drawing on over thirty-five years of experience in the Irish health sector, across nursing, conventional and complementary medicine, coaching, mentoring, and more, Ashleigh brings practical, real-life solutions to her clients.

Through her work in hormone health and one-to-one coaching with clients, she helps clients improve their health, hormones, head-game and habits regardless of their age and stage in life.

As an award-winning speaker and storyteller, Ashleigh delivers a nurse-led, pragmatic, and fun message about topics such as perimenopause, menopause, hormonal health, midlife motivation, health, and mindset in a simple, medical yet jargon free way that empowers the listener to take action that day. Her presentations are real life and practical but are also filled with tenderness and tough talk!

Ashleigh lives in Wicklow, Ireland with her husband Eric. And when she’s not at work, she’s walking, reading, doing Pilates or gardening. You may also find her riding pillion on the back of Eric’s motorbike, ever since she’s figured out how to pack everything into the very small motorbike pannier.
